The staff were friendly and helpful, making my New Year stay enjoyable. The hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to key attractions and transportation. the hotel offered ample parking space, a convenient feature.
The hotel attracted some disruptive guests, leading to noise disturbances. I could clearly hear arguments and loud noises from neighboring rooms, which greatly impacted my sleep.

Located conveniently on the highway. Memo's Pizza and Pasta in the parking lot offers amazing food till 2 am. The cleaning staff is always helpful. The entrance in the photos is the best part. They have a chocolate machine in the foyer.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were lovely and the check-in process was quick and problem-free. The hotel facilities were great, with a full pub that had a reasonably priced restaurant. The location was excellent, as it was close to shops, restaurants, and the stadium in the Western Suburbs. the hotel was clean, with clean sheets and a hot shower with great water pressure.

I had a great experience at this hotel. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Secondly, the hotel's value for money was exceptional. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the prime location close to shops, restaurants, and a shopping centre. Additionally, the basic amenities provided added convenience to my stay, and the rooms were in good condition with a small, but clean private bathroom. Lastly, breakfast was a nice bonus that helped start my day off on the right foot.
While everything else about this hotel was great, there was one small aspect that could be improved.
